昨日、スタッフ4人で名古屋へ行ってきました

以前イノウエ矯正歯科で一緒に働いていたSさんが、
だんな様の転勤で名古屋に住んでいるのです

Sさんと待ち合わせをして、5人でひつまぶしを堪能しました
うなぎがこんなに美味しいなんて知りませんでした
ブログ用にと思ったときには、
半分以下になっていて…あきらめました

の中でしたが、熱田神宮におまいりして、おみくじを引いて
お茶して、買い物して

クロックスで、2人が長靴を購入
とても似合っていてかわいかった

あっとい間に時間が過ぎてしまいました
めちゃめちゃ楽しかったまた行きたいな

患者さんのSさんは薬剤師さんです

先日治療にこられた時に、医療チームの一員として石巻に行かれたことを、
担当のT衛生士にお話してくださったとのことでした

自分が阪神大震災の時に経験した余震を思い出すと、いまでもとても
恐ろしい
そんな中石巻に入られたSさんのお話を聞いて、医療人の端くれとして心から
尊敬しました

復興に向けて活動されている皆様
大阪の小さな町からですが、応援しています
お体に気をつけてください

2クール目の実習生も無事終了しました

前回の実習先とは指導方法や、診療体制が違って
慣れるまで大変だった様です

特に矯正歯科は、器具も患者さんへの声かけも違うのですが、
実習後半かけてはどんどん動きも良くなっていました

さすが若いと吸収が早いです。

4月11日から3クール目の実習が始まります

また新しい発見ができるといいな

昨年12月から歯科衛生士の実習生がきてくれています

1クール目の実習が1月28日に終了しました

私たちも実習生受け入れは初めての経験で、緊張していましたが
逆に多くのことを勉強させてもらいました

最終日は寂しくて涙・涙での終了となりました
Kさん・Sさんお疲れさまでした。ありがとう

早速2クール目の実習生がスタート
学ぼうとする姿勢が素敵な2人

少しでも矯正歯科で働くことのすばらしさが伝えられるといいなと思っています

12月1日から、新大阪歯科衛生士専門学校の学生さんが
臨床実習にこられています

冬休みをはさんで、1月末までが、最初のクールです

その後、来年の11月まで6クール計13名の学生さんがこられる予定です

自分たちの学生時代を思い出すと、時間的にも体力的にも
大変な実習期間でしたイノウエ矯正歯科にこられる
学生さんは夜間部の学生さんです

お仕事されて、実習へ出て、帰宅後レポートを書いて翌日提出

頭が下がります

大きな声と笑顔で、ハキハキと受け答えをしてくれ、
こちらの言葉にしっかりをかたむけてくれる2人に
元気付けられています

私も患者さんにとってそんな存在の衛生士になりたいです

衛生士の卵さんを応援して下さい

昨日は、宝塚クリニック院長のお誕生日でした

1ヶ月ほど前から、スタッフ間での打ち合わせを重ねて
着々と準備を進めてきました

当日、喜んでもらえるといいな～と
思いながら、プレゼントを渡しました

え～っと驚いた様子の先生に
スタッフみんな「やった～」と喜びました

前日に4人のスタッフが作ってくれた、似顔絵クッキー
（石橋院長のブログにのっているので、ぜひ見てください）

すごく素敵で、感動・感激でした
